This story written by Richard Cabral, a Compassion Boston Bible Worker.
I got a call from one of my Bible study contacts. His name is Alain. He said that he has decided to dedicate his children and wife—his whole family—to God. No longer will Bible study happen only if he has time; he said he will always make time for Bible study and for church. He said he thanked God for putting me in his life. He said that God is so good to us and we don’t deserve it, and “because God is so good to me, I’m gonna do this for Him.”
Prior to this call our Bible studies was sporadic; we would go weeks without sitting down to study. But now he said now it does not matter if I can’t make it—he said “Send someone else! Bible study is a must!”
